Project Description

This project focuses on the development of an industrial method to produce a scalable and affordable alternative to animal leather. The process uses bio-based raw materials and follows a fully circular approach. A key element of the innovation is the application of the Dutch Shelf System, a technique originally developed and widely used in the mushroom sector.
